We are a local property management company, with 5 apartment complexes in and around Bloomington, IN, and we are looking for a dependable and honest technician for rental property maintenance. Car insurance up to date, clean driving record, reliable vehicle. Clean criminal background, good references. Must have experience in all aspects of property maintenance, including painting, appliances, flooring, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, turnovers, and more. HVAC experience and EPA certification is desired. Please call or email resume.
